Our multi-disciplinary engineering team (DfX - advanced product industrialization expert) can design both the system and metal protection simultaneously. This methodology configures the design of the embedded system in real time and can be used to incorporate all of the technical specifications for the need.

 

Our process incorporates a design validation phase based on simulated tests (impacts, vibration, environmental).

 

We manufacture the metal protection and integrate components right up to the functional test.

 

We can manage environmental, mechanical, electrical, EMC and sealing tests. 

 

We can boost productivity by improving the performance and reliability of visual checks, based on standard documents IPC610 and IPC620.
